I have purchased quite a few Ravensburger jigsaws and have enjoyed them. Recently I bought the Fantasy Bookshop puzzle from Waterstones. It cost 12.99, so not cheap. Despite the packaging of this puzzle being intact, I discovered there is a piece missing. I immediately e mailed Ravensburger but haven't heard from them. So I'm disappointed with the puzzle and even more so with their poor customer service. Some puzzle manufacturers offer a missing piece service and I think Ravensburger might learn from them.
