Amazing company hired climbing wall and skate park for our schools open day. Ashley was very helpful, helping us with not only his equipment but helping store holders set up and pack away along side his amazing team. Look forward to seeing them again later this year.

Appallingly disrespectful company We host a large regional charitable event with up to 20,000 visitors. We were good enough to hand all on site children’s entertainment to this company. That meant they had no competition and at a price and terms agreed months before. 10 days before event they changed the price they were willing to pay. Our hands were tied at such short notice and reluctantly agreed to their new terms. 3 days before the event they pulled out altogether. Event was left with zero entertainment seriously damaging the event and charitable giving power. We subsequently contacted the owner regarding the series of events expecting courteous apology and explanation. He turned out to be a little shouty man blaming all his staff. (Incidentally all his telephone staff were absolute professionals and polite albeit often embarrassed) He must be a joy to work for. A booking with this company guarantees you neither a fixed price or attendance. Be very aware.
