I rent from here, nice maintenance staff and great office workers. Just make sure to keep on them if they have not responded to an inquiry as they are very busy with low staff.
Threatened to evict me because I mowed my grass 4 days ago?? Now I notice everyone's grass is so short it died creating a fire hazard. Don't move here if you ever plan to go on vacation for more than 3 days, you could be evicted when you get back.
More interested in getting all the old out, owner owned or not, and will come up with any reason to give you a 3 day notice.
