Extremely bad service, clueless service staff, whole idea of these shops is that service member have some knowledge about products and what they have in stock, after spending half an hour customer service member tells me that they don't have this type of cement. What a joke! Down the road is better hardware store, prompt service and they know immediately what they have in there stock.
