[18th october 2020, around 1PM] poor customer service..shes not into the job and not taking the order seriously..not showing professional attitude..the food presentation looks depressing and didnt even worth the money.. the only thing that i can agree is just a binsu.

The food is overpriced. For a fried rice with fried rice seasoning and some anchovies, you need to pay RM7 and the portion is not worth it. The beverage also is instant, and poorly made
30Aug2019:Ordered at 8.30pm, 9:00 realised that the meal not yet prepare due to overlook the order’s docket.Nobody apologise and we’re keep waiting the meal until 9:30pm.At last we went off the bistro without having anything.VERY...VERY...VERY... bad experienced .Tak perasan ke dari awal kami datang...duduk... nobody was there..makanan tak sampai2...ingat kami saje2 duduk atas kerusi bistro kamu agaknya. All of you are BLIND or what?

Very poor service, the menu written is not available on the restaurant. It was written on the board “Today’s Special : Sizzling Mee” but when we ordered, the waitress gave an excuse that they haven’t prepared the ingredients.. you should have responsibility on what you wrote. Bad service from the waitress itself. Taste of food is not that good but pricey
Di sini terdapat pelbagai menu yang ditawarkan selain pizza dan pasta adalah seperti Korean dishes & dessert, Western roast & grill dan Local dishes. Mencuba pizza small size (ala-ala PH personal pizza) dan lasagna ternyata sedap dan tidak mengecewakan tetapi terasa harga agak mahal berbanding saiz hidangan. Manakala servis agak perlahan walaupun tidak ramai pelanggan ketika itu. Overall, bolehlah mencuba menu-menu di sini cuma bertabahlah untuk crew datang mengambil order dan menghantar hidangan yang di pesan. *Dahulunya mereka beroperasi di daerah Raub ini sebagai sebuah restoran pizza dan pasta milikan franchise Sarpino's Pizzeria [sumber IG : Saffino's Bistro].
30/8/19 Order kul 8:30 tapi tunggu punya tunggu sampai kul 9:30 pon makanan xdpt alasan nyer xperasan order puih last2 Kitorg blah..puncanya Staff Yg tukang buat makanan nyer tak "perasan" order Gg saffino
