Honestly communicated poorly unless there was a problem they wanted us to fix. The bare minimum. Polite and charming while we were there, but otherwise not a great experience.

After the original statement, they sent over probably 5 closing statements that varied in us bringing 7k-32k to the table ONE WEEK before closing. They had our HOA transfer fee at 18k (1.8k actual) because of inattention to detail telling us we owed 32k. Then they missed an entire tax issue and added an additional credit which led us to believe we needed 7k. We just heard today, 35 hours before closing, it is 8k more than that! Which is another tax issue they did not pick up on bringing it to 15k and WE STILL DON’T KNOW FOR SURE. I do not trust them at all in organizing this. I would avoid them at all costs unless you don’t mind maybe paying extra money or getting hit with a surprise bill later. Emotionally this has been horrible considering we couldn’t even keep the house because of COVID so we were already upset and out of money.
