I ordered two sunbeds. So hAppy with them! Great quality and the cushions have nice head rests too. I have to give a huge thumbs up to the delivery service. Lots of texts arranging times with me and constant updates. So all in all, a great service, great quality furniture and a really efficient delivery service

Just over 2 year old 1400 set, rattan splitting and breaking, covered at all times not in use. Rattan direct not willing to repair, replace, or offer options to make good. I don’t expect such a costly set to break without any wear and tear so quickly. Shame Rattan Direct don’t feel it’s worth solving these issues to maintain client satisfaction and avoid all these poor reviews. Come on guys - you can do better than this!
Awful company and poor quality furniture. We ordered a matching lounge and a dining table rattan set from them at a cost of about 2k. Just after 2 years the rattan on the glass coffee table started splitting and started falling apart. The company were of no help, rude exchanges and just stated that it is out of warranty. As I found out their “7 year warranty” covers the frame only, the rattan is only covered by a two year warranty. Two months later we had exactly the same issue with the dining room table under the glass splitting and then falling apart. It is clear from ours and others experiences that the furniture is not built to last or withstand weather despite being sold as weatherproof. The rattan under the glass splits and then falls apart, with the company offering no resolution despite previous acknowledging the issue and replacing other customers. It’s now with our credit company citing others experiences as defective goods, as I expect weatherproof furniture to not deteriorate in just over 2 years. Save yourself the headache and your money - buy elsewhere unless you want an expensive grey metal frame with glass on top!
Ordered my sofas and table - all arrived on time as stated in the order. The day of delivery I was called an hour before with the time of arrival. When they arrived they were too big and needed to take the feet off. The drivers did this for me and then carried them up three flights of stairs to my terrace with no complaints - I did tip them! I am really pleased with my sofas - they look great. I got the covers with them at no extra cost and all the cushions have remained dry through lots of rain. Only one problem which I am still trying to sort out which is why I gave 4 stars. One of the cushions is from another set and there is a chip in the glass on the table. I was told replacements would be delivered but nothing yet. Great price - good furniture and delivered on time - maybe I was just lucky! So a few weeks later the glass arrived but the cushion still doesn't match and the quality of the fabric is very poor so i'll wait .....
We took delivery of our outdoor furniture set a few weeks ago and have never used our outdoor decking area so much. The set we chose consists of a three-seater sofa, two armchairs with matching footstools and a glass-topped coffee table. Every thought has gone into the design which not only looks great but is comfortable too. The footstools are stored underneath the coffee table. What you also get is a set of hard-wearing covers to keep the furniture protected from the weather. The service from Rattan Direct was excellent and could not be faulted. From the moment of ordering to the courier company delivering was faultless, even in these times of lockdown. All items were perfectly packaged that not only protected them, but the pieces were sized including packaging, where they could all fit through our internal doorways as there is no direct access to the rear of our property from the front. To summarise, excellent service, delighted customer with a stylish set of outdoor furniture and enjoying every moment being outside!
