Worst staff behavior and very slow work process. If you visit here then you'd know that what people prefer private sector banka instead of their high charges. This PSU units are very costly to government and staff here feels that this their dad's shop. So Long queues for speed post that you feel you can deliver faster by running towards destination. And if you need to open a post office Saving account then these bastards don't have the courtesy to talk to the customer. These employees are highly paid but least professional. It's better to avoid going in post office in ratlam. The govt should higher private and efficient workforce and kick these bastards out of the office.
