I love my Denby Azure dinner set. Table King’s service was great, delivery was on time, and the set itself is stunning. The quality is lovely and so is the design. I would definitely buy from here again!
Edit: Table king have refunded me with no communication. I had to leave this bad review to get any response. So to be clear I never received any communication about them being short staffed or being unable to complete my order on time. They had the time to refund me and respond to my review but no time to return my calls or emails. "Please shop elsewhere" what a business you are running Original review: No communication, have sent multiple emails and left messages by phone. No response and I'm not sure I will ever get my order. Wish I had read reviews about Table king first as it seems others have had the same issues.
Placed an order for a knife on the 20th of February. Got the initial order confirmation automatically. Now the 25th of April and have had one update (due mid-April) on my order which I had to threaten to write a negative review to receive. Asked for another update recently and have received nothing. I understand with covid-19 there may be delays, but this level of communication is woeful. Not happy. I wouldn't.
4 months for a clothes line delivery? Dealt with Justin, abrupt, rude and long delays in his responses. Wouldn’t touch them ever again - go to Amazon - much better service for a similar, if not better product!
I ordered cutlery from this website and it is absolutely SUPERB....unique and most important, real QUALITY. I was reluctant to call and ask for advise on styling my cutlery sets with the various dinner sets available and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service is exceptional, I spoke with Justin who took the time and explained about the various options on offer with detail of the manufacturers and why the choices on this website differ from a lot of the generic 'stuff' you buy in stores. I got some great input on what designs work with each other and I'm more than happy with my purchasers. I will be adding to my collection and I'm looking forward to showing off at my next dinner party! Thanks :)
The customer service is truly above and beyond any online retailer I have ever come across. I've never written a review before for anyone, but on this occasion I felt compelled too. One item in my order broke in transit, Table King were so proactive, even to the extent of personally calling one night in order to rectify the situation. The people who run this business act as if they own it and take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction. Well done to the Tableking team, keep up the great level of service.
