What is the point of preorders through Joe app when drive through cars are served beforehand? Order shown as 3-7 minute pick up takes up to 25 minutes. 8 cars came and were served while I was sitting in a designated Joe App spot for 25 minutes. Server said that cars have to be served as they come offering zero apology.

Jitterz is awesome, but the nasty hag with black hair who drives the oversized black truck that runs this location is not!! I would avoid this location at all expense. You absolutely can not be rude to customers, they're the ones who keep you in business!! Never in my life have I ever received such nasty service from a coffee shop...
