They don't show up for half the appointments they make and then when they do they mess the work up. I've spent more on repairing their 'work' than if I would have just bought all new parts and started from scratch. Shelly that answers the phone and makes appointments has given me the worst problems, usually botching the appointment in one way or the other or just plain never calling back.
A special thanks to elements landscaping for our storm damage cleanup. They were professional and courteous. The hardworking crew and equipment managed to clear in just a few hours what would have taken us weeks. A job well done.
Update: The crew was very nice and came out after the incident with the cracked fence. Looks like they are doing what they can to fix the fence.
