Not knowing a great deal about flowers, I have bought bouquets from here several times and they have not failed me. I just give them a indication of what I like and give them a budget and allow them to create me a bouquet. Each time, I have bought from here they have been well received. Can’t comment on their delivery but instore they have delivered a nice bunch and decent service

Ruined our 1st wedding anniversary Very, Very disappointed. These guys are a bunch of cowboys I’ve pre-paid for a bouquet to delivered to my wife on the day of our anniversary and specifically asked for peony and roses and they didn’t put any Their excuse was “ah we don’t have peony, you saw them in the shop because I had a particular event” So why wasn’t I told at moment of ordering And the roses??? “Ah well they weren’t long enough” What’s that even supposed to mean anyway And I’ve said that this was for a wedding anniversary This is the type of business that don’t really care about their customer and once you’ve paid you can rest assured that they’ll do everything to ruin your experience I’ll never use them again
Thanks to these lovely people a wedding crisis was averted. They have a lovely range of flowers and decorated with lovely bows. Thank you so much.
Excellent customer service good quality work for funeral flowers.,flowers still looking fresh after a week of rain and wind compared To other bought flowers.
