Warning! DO NOT drive there if you can help it! Parking situation is really extremely horrible. Save your day and take a taxi. Also many of the patient wards are called something else... On the map it says building D... Where you can take the sky walk... Go straight to information and ask for a map to show you exactly where you need to go. Not much English speakers or signs around. So don't be shy to ask!

Came here to treat my wife for the burning fever an cough she caught two day after arriving in bangkok at 7am this morning..she could barely keep her head up right or even walk so we went to the emergency and its been four hours now she still hasn’t recieved any consultation or treatment of any sort. No body speaks even a bit of english, they just keep pointing you in one direction after another, after four hours they say there is .. and just while I was writing this my wife fainted coz they kept sending us here and there instead of any treatment.. she is in a stretcher now, she hasnt eaten anything and nor are they giving anything to hydrate her.: and her condition is getting worse.. I have seen street animals in third world country being taken care of much better than humans here.. I have never felt more helpless in my life.. After 6 hours all they managed to do was take xray and we eventually left just like that!!

Five stars for the wonderful staff and doctors in the rheumatology department. Minus one star for the poor parking situation. Do not drive here. Take a taxi. I can’t speak to the efficacy of the emergency services department.

The hospital looked clean but their service is really bad. I called the prior evening and the lady told me to go to building 4 for one vaccine. I went there, no one speaks english. From 4 they send me to emergency . Emergency sent me back to building 4. There the \information\ lady laughed constantly and every nurse or medical staff she asked to help me laughed and nodded no. WHAT IS THIS? I am sick , need help and they refuse to help AND laugh!! At one point one man , not staff, spoke some english and told me to go to a different hospital. By the time I left building 4 there were at least 15 people around me starring. I did not appreciate that the staff made a mockery and a show out of my problem. Police and hospitals should be safe places.

Doctors are excellent, knowledgeable and very adept with their surgical skills. However, the older nurse on the 2nd floor check-in and blood pressure check/weight measurement is almost always gruff, somewhat rude and never clear with her instructions and often blames patients for her unclear instructions. She is usually only clear about her instructions when reprimanding the patient on whether to move the wheelchair onto the scale or not being exactly her correct way of alignment behind the blue tape, etc.
