Looks like a standard pub from outside, but once you walk in it's amazing! Really olde world, good drinks, humungous beer garden out back. Polite and friendly guy on bar when we went in and we will most definitely be back soon!

Great pub with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of choice...some amazing beers...especially the Rathmandu Chai PA!
Gorgeous pub and excellent ale. Such a shame that the (I assume) management is so poor. I appreciate the stress and conditions of the Covid-19 situation - but don’t deliver PINTS to multiple people at 9:55pm then aggressively yell at people to get out, whilst clapping your hands. Not the first time the (again, I presume), management has been so rude. Won’t go back under the current climate and wouldn’t be surprised if the poor pub doesn’t make it, with staff like that. Don’t blame the customers for your disorganised management, or, don’t fleece people of their cash right before closing.
Very impressed with this place while making a fleeting visit recently. I would have liked to have stayed and sampled some more of the locally brewed ales. I will be back.
Pretty good pub, pretty good beer. Welcoming staff, friendly customers. It's all you need to enjoy your beer on a good evening.
