The quality of food served here is exceptionally good. The staff are very courteous and polite. Loved the pizzas, pastas, chips and particularly the mocktails
The staff went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, Rashays on Mulgoa road is the best.Thank you again!
I frequent Rashays Penrith quite often but I have to say my experience yesterday was outstanding. We came at around 11am and were greeted as soon as we walked through the doors by a girl with brown hair (can’t remember her name sorry). The store was very clean. We were served as soon as we were ready by the same girl who was very professional, attentive, friendly and down-to-earth. We ordered sausage & cheese muffins with hash browns and Nutella hot chocolates, which were amazing and the price was very reasonable. We later ordered brownies which were a great serving size and also amazing. When we were paying we were also served by the same girl who asked us how our meal was and took the time to renew our memberships for us. Every part of the service was exceptional and it is the best experience that I have had at Rashays in many years of coming here. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Service was slow. We had to remind staff that we had ordered a drink (they forgot to bring it to us). Entree was quick to arrive, but then, it was only garlic bread. Waited a long time for the meal to be delivered. Meal was very average.
Nice, clean environment, friendly staff. Fast service. lots of variety on the menu. Great deserts. My chicken was a little sad, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Pasta and burgers will great. Highly recommended
Delicious food, excellent service. Highly recommended! Was served by Luke (manager) excellent service. Communicates excellently and he goes well over and above. Will be returning frequently. 5 stars!
Great service, great food and good value for money. Looked after the kids exceptionally well. Would definitely come back.
