Best Rashays experience that I have had in ages, A very special thank you goes to Luke who went above and beyond to assist us, all staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable. Everything that we’ve ordered was made to perfection I cannot fault them in any way, we will be definitely going back more often than not... 5️️️️️ Aren’t even enough. Very secluded dining area in MacArthur square. Nice experience with professional friendly staff members. Foods was well presented, consistent balanced texture and flavours. Well done.
Management seriously needs to retrain they’re young staff. One stands at the kitchen counter non-stop with their back to the customers, waiting for something to come out. We ask the waiter taking orders for table water and more napkins. Nothing. Then ask a runner for the same thing. She goes to the bar and waits. I see the napkins right next to her so I go grab them myself. Btw, the napkins were for the long black mug with no handles that was too hot to hold. The runner then brought 2 water glasses for 4 people, assuming that if you have a coffee, you’re done for drinks. Come on guys, you can do better.
The food here is consistently delicious and generously portioned...very generously. Even someone with my appetite struggled to finish one of their burgers! The staff was kind and professional also, and the atmosphere was relaxed at outdoor seating area on the summer night we visited. Have visited multiple times and would do so again.
Was here for a coffee while catching up on some work emails. The breakfast menu looked so good I had the Eggs Benny. OMG delicious. They were generous with the hollandaise which was great and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back!
Bit sad this visit very busy ordered well done steak came with blood running out of returned came back rubber like, maybe they put in microwave. They do make great banana smoothies
So bad customer service . Stay in front and wait for 10 mins nobody come out and serve . staff Stay inside the coffee bar and kitchen doing nothing. When they come out not even say apologise for the wait or whatsoever . Customer will not be back again If u don’t respect and treat them the way that you would like to be treat . Good luck .
It's an amazing places! Because of all the sides the steak is actually worth the money, however some menu items are a little pricey. But it tastes delicious!!!
