Aside from the repair, I learned a few things about the laptop parts. Very fast and excellent service!

Really awful service, took my laptop in for repair, I called and left several messages, emailed several times, and still have not heard anything back (this was over 5 months ago now!!!). Still has my laptop and has made absolutely no attempt to contact me! awful service!

Fantastic service. Took in a very, very slow laptop. After Rapid PC Repair upgraded the RAM and the hard drive I now have an incredibly fast laptop. Very helpful, speedy service and at a very reasonable price. Great service
