This place runs like a top. They are not blessed with a big yard (the price paid for the best location on the chain of lakes), but they manage to launch/recover 100 boats a day, run a big rental shop, big service dept, plus the seasonal slips - I’ve seen them work through major construction (they rebuilt most of the docks 2 years ago), the shutdown this year, and they don’t miss a beat and keep the plates spinning. The staff is great through and through. With our short summers, what’s important to me is - a clean place with tons of amenities in a beautiful location, that’ll get you out on that pretty water quick for long fun days and nights - what more could anyone want?

I've been renting pontoon boats for years and never an issue. Friendly staff and smooth service. This year, in '17, the have a few new tritoons for rent and were really nice. You can't beat an outing on Torch Lake with family and friends.
Highly unprofessional business you have here. Tells you one estimate and expects you to pay more when they made the mistake in the first place. Doesn't bother to update you when the estimate suddenly changes, but expects you to pay beyond what they told you. Handled situation very unprofessionally. Other companies quoted much less for job, but went with this company for time convenience. This company definitely looks out for theirselves. Not one individual knew how to handle the situation with grace, and distributed very embarrassing behavior. Go with them if you want to be overcharged, disrespected, and threatened. Heard from multiple people that they are only friendly to locals, and unfortunately this held true. Definitely avoid if you want a fair, honest, and high quality job. Likes to take advantage of people. I'll be spreading the word to all my (many) boater friends!
Always the best! Awesome staff and the in and out service can not be beat! Worth the value. Winterization service was a really good value along with the storage.
We went here for vacation in the summer and did jet skiing and boating. Very enjoyable family fun. Lots of on water activities to spend the day.
