Terrible place!! DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a ring a couple of months ago with stones in it. After wearing the ring once all the stones fell out. I went back and all they offered was to put the stones back in. The manager, who can't speak proper English told me that's all he is allowed to do. I took the ring home and the same thing happened again. All the stones fell. I went back again.. he refused to do anything for me. This place is a joke and their goods are not real. STAY AWA FROM THIS PLACE. I'm taking my complaint further to the National association of jewellers.
Good customer service
Great service. Value for money. Good offer. Best jewellery in London.
I just wanted to comment on Mathy and Sowji's excellent customer service and really a wide range of collections. Thanks.
