First of all thank you Thompson Gas for taking care of my family and I today! I reached out to Thompson Gas after Amerigas let my tank run dry despite being on an auto refill program and calling them several times to let them know I was running low. I made one phone call to Thompson Gas and a truck was scheduled for same day delivery. Highly recommend this company!

ThompsonGas has always made sure we never run out of fuel! They have provided us with fuel for many years and we have never had any problems. They provide fast and excellent service! I would definitely highly recommend them to everyone!

In 13 years have always had propane in the tank without calling. Online bill payment is great. Just remember to renegotiate your rates and plans each year. They’ve always been receptive to my cost concerns.

Besides the fact that Thompson Gas is considerably more expensive than local competitors (can't switch due to housing development directly piped), I have had very poor customer service to date. Apparently back in 3Q18, Thompson upgraded/switch their systems. This is an of it self is great. I like to see companies reinvesting but the execution was terrible, at least in my experience. Not only was I not notified that the switch was going to happen but when it did, my auto-pay stopped and my payment method was erased. Again I was never notified...for 5 months. No emails, no late payment notifications...nothing. Then finally I follow up because I can't log in to the new system and find that I have a 1.5K outstanding balance! In the end, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the bill is being paid but, damn, a little help would be nice.
