This is no longer a UPS store, it is a knock off. They will not take your packages unless you pay 1. Great way to make people write you off when we do need to send something. She told me, "staples will take it for free" my response was, "Thanks, I'll take all my business there from now on." Good job letting money and good will walk out the door.

I called requesting a shipping quote. While I waited on the phone for the saleswoman to check, I heard her shouting expletives at me and calling me names. When I let her know that I didn't appreciate her talking about me like that, she pretended that she had no idea what I was talking about. I have never heard of such unprofessionalism.
UPS is no longer there.
