This is the first time I’ve used this particular cleaners. I took 7 uniform shirts and 5 uniform pants to be laundered all with heavy starch. I specifically advised the lady that I wanted all of the sleeves creased and all the garments starched heavily, it says that on my receipt. I picked up everything on time only to find that they were starched lightly and everything was ironed by hand and not pressed by using a machine. The lady told me to bring it back and they will do it next time! Wait, what??? Next time??? I am former military and a former police officer. I like to look sharp and have my uniforms done professionally. I’ve always had razor sharp creases in my uniforms from other cleaners. Nonetheless, I paid the 67 and did not receive the services that I paid for. And as a show of good faith, I pre-paid my bill. I’m sorry to say that I will not be returning to this place. To the owner(s) reading this: Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions.

I have been coming here for over almost a year. Good quality service, great alterations. Got no problems with it!
I used Executive cleaners for the first time last Wednesday. I had my work uniform shirt and work uniform pants that needed dry cleaning. They had a week to dry clean my uniform and when I went to pick it up this past Wednesday; they hadn’t even started on my uniform. They asked me to come back in 5 minutes but they had a week to finish. If they needed more time they could have called me to let me know. I don’t need a rush job, I want the job done when it’s supposed to be done.
I took in 2 coats and a skirt. They got my dads coat and my moms skirt cleaned but when it came to my peacoat they lost it and tryed to tell me that someone else's coat was mine .
My cashmere Sweaters come back looking almost new. I get years more wear out of them. Alterations are also very well done.
