I can't say I ever really have a constant experience here. I have my usual order of a small caramel ice coffee with extra and extra sugar. Sometimes there's not enough cream, sometimes there's not enough sugar, and sometimes it lacks both. On the other hand I have had a heaping cup of diabetes, meaning WAY to much cream and/or sugar. I understand these mistakes and have them corrected. Today the cashier/server had no clue what she was doing. We had to repeat an order several times just to have her read it back incorrectly. That we can understand, and correct. What we DO NOT understand is how we can order a 10 count box of munchkins, when I started to give them out to my kids, we discovered there was only NINE. How hard is it to count to 10? Really?? I know it may seem like a small thing, but to a pair of small children, it is quite a large argument. One that didn't have to happen.

I am absolutely appalled by the level of rudeness experienced here at this location. The older Indian woman behind the counter, when asked to correct a drink, was obnoxiously rude saying “what now?” When someone walked away with the wrong drink. When asked to remake the drink with 5 caramel and 4 liquid sugar, I watched her put 3 pumps in and she has the audacity to lie to my face saying she did it right WHEN I WATCHED HER DO IT WRONG! And when I told her to make it right from the beginning, because you can’t just add to an iced cappuccino since proportions must be right from the beginning, she got nasty and had someone else do it then refused to acknowledge us. I will not be returning, I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.
I agree with most of the comments here, but the only reason we keep coming back is Olivia!! 5 stars for her customer service, she also makes the best drinks!!! I think she should be the manager there rather than the older rude lady.
Frequently forget to make food I order until I go back to counter and ask where it is. Frequently forget items in drive through. Staff unapologetic, incompetent, and rude. Dining room has no children's seating. No boosters, no kids seats, despite half of the facility being a Baskin Robin's ice cream shop that is frequented by families. Served my children expired, curdled milk. Next milk from fridge also expired. Open at 5 am but at 5:15 employees yet to turn lights on or unlock doors. Close at 10 pm yet doors locked at 9:45. Larger trucks or trailers should avoid the drive through. I've complained to the shift manager, the store management, and been contacted by dunkins corporate about this review but the employees remain the same and the problems don't change. Scroll through first page of Google reviews, the majority are one star!
