Was really impressed initially and they did a great job with our first home kill, but very disappointed this time. Very rude on the phone and we basically swapped two prime cattle beasts for a few decent steaks, but mainly mince and appallingly made sausages. Contacted the owner and provided the detailed info requested, but never heard back.

Amazing service and incredible food! We got a few different types of sausages and a couple pieces of ribeye and sirloin...out of this world delicious! The meat is so fresh and of great quality for extremely reasonable prices.

I don’t really have an opinion on the meat...it’s no different to any other butchers shop.... But I do know this is not a good employer. Good people are definitely not looked after here.. Especially the city store.

Extremely poor service. Susposed to process wild game but complain that a carcass is too big when you go to drop it off there. They had my deer for over 2 weeks and phoned to say it was ready. Went there and they had lost my deer..... Then they finally found it and it still needed processing. Extremely poor service and understaffed. Would not reccomend!!!
