My favourite shop, all that one could need. Absolutely pleasant staff, they are very clued up on the products they sell. They take care and look after you. Every time I walk out I am happy but just sad I am leaving the shop haha. That place is like a sweetie store!

Due to Covid, many shops have been closed. I wanted my 1982 BSA air rifle serviced and wanted to buy a new air-rifle too. No many choices of open shops around and this shop was 45 minutes drive from were I live. Very pleasant at selling me 380 worth of products and, full stop. Well, when I got home I realized that the air-rifle that he sold me was not a BSA but some cheap Turkish import. Nice looking enough but more like a toy than a proper air-rifle. Without the right pellets, it doesn't even go through a plastic bottle or a can at 15 meters. The silencer is a gimmick and the same goes for the cheap scope. That was 07/07/2020. Before the end of July I called them about my BSA. \There is no collection from BSA because of Covid\, I was told. Some days later, success, all guns for repair have been sent out in a bulk delivery. Two weeks later still no news as Covid is slowing everything down. Almost end of August and, yes, my air-rifle will be back by 1st September 2020. I waited to collect my gun as a friend, that lives in Surbiton, was due back from holiday and I wanted to visit him too. Morning of 08/09/2020 - I phoned the shop. [Keeping in mind that for two months I phoned about 8 times and there are only two guys working there. A young pretty useless guy and what could be the owner that is around 65 y.o.] - \I want to come and collect my BSA air-rifle\, I said. We can't find it, what is your name? My name and the name of the model is what caused, only on this occasion, a lot of confusion. According to them, I have now given them the wrong model and wrong name too, hence the difficulty in finding my gun. Was the air-rifle serviced? No, not all. It was sitting at the back of the shop with more scratches than when I left it. They are utterly a waste of time. Certainly in the right trade as cow-boys. What a waste of time and money. Don't go to monkeys expecting human service.
