I'm not sure if you had what i needed i bought something it was suggested by the clerk who was told to stay with me in the store. The big loser with the beard kept me from looking for what I needed. Actually not being helped at all might have been better. Your staff should know your store. I bet you pay these people so little they turn over, or they just have no clue what hardware is....Hard to find good help. Beard guy, I parked my brand new Truck and Travel Trailer next to your building. Never judge a book by it cover. I always look around a find stuff I need. Your staff hurried me to what I was looking for and rushed me to the register... This Cost you profit. I hope it was worth it.
