We had a Professional Touch install a new pinion seal so we could get back to Phoenix. As soon as we left and parked the truck in Rangely, my wife said it was still leaking. I said its just oil that was not wiped off. I was wrong. We got to Grand Junction and it was leaking bad. Jerry said to call him and let him know what the shop in Phoenix said as he said the pinion appeared to have to much play. The shop showed me that he put the wrong size pinion seal in and the pinion was fine. I had to pay more money in Phoenix to have the right part installed. We now have no leaks at all! Jerry would not answer our calls or return our messages about a refund. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company showing both receipts for refund for which they are still investigating and if necessary we will file a claim in Phoenix at Moon Valley Justice Court, 18380 N. 40th St. Phoenix, AZ 85032

Vacationing in Colorado from Wisconsin and got a flat tire in the Sand Wash Basin viewing wild horses. We were staying in Rangely for the night, so I checked there for tire repair. Professional Touch would be closed by the time we got to Rangely, but Jerry agreed to stay open until we arrived so we could get back on the road early the next day. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!!!
