I had the pleasure of Lee assisting me with my issue of binge drinking, something I've done all through my twenties and thirties. I am almost on the threshold of forty and decided that this must not continue as it acts as an obstacle to achieving life goals and to general fitness and health. Having gone cold turkey for periods of up to 12 months I decided to award myself with beer and of course the past was resurrected. I have always enjoyed the taste of beer and the cozy feeling after a few bottles however I did not want my weekends to be dominated by alcohol. In November 2018, I made an appointment with Lee and since that moment, I have not had any desire or appetite to drink beer. The connection that I had with beer in my mind has been severed and I am so deeply grateful to Lee for everything that she has done for me. Each appointment was a very calming and relaxing experience and I really appreciate Lee's warmth and dedication through the whole process. Christmas Day has passed and I did not have any compulsion to drink, the severed link is still as strong as it was on the first appointment. As a consequence, my fitness level has greatly increased, I've lost a few kilos and most of all my mental clarity and outlook on life is amazing. Thanks to you Lee.
