The staff are great and very friendly hence the two stars. However this is a 'secured care home' with pin codes required to move between rooms and floors. It has a prison like feel and the facility smells like bleach. Zero 0.0 for homeliness feel.

These people are outstanding. very generous with their time and patience towards my dementing and often crotchety chair-bound 91yo mother. As a medical practitioner I've seen the inside of a lot of nursing homes but SummitCare really is family-home-like in the attention I've seen the residents enjoy. They deserve every kindness in return.
My mum (Pamela) and I Would like to thank all the staff at Summit Care Randwick for looking after my grandfather Dimitrios. Summit care have shown our family respect and have made my grandfathers stay at Summit care very comfortable. His in need special care under the circumstances,have made our visits very enjoyable.
