Absolutely WORST dry cleaning experience of my life! I have lived in Randwick for 4yrs and like to support local businesses. I periodically go to this dry cleaner as they are a little cheaper than some of the others and closer to my house. In the last 12 months they have ruined 2 very expensive dresses and every time I put something in to be dry cleaned it comes back not done and no cleaner! Stains, general dirt etc all still 100% visable and they make vague excuses for it every time. Occasionally they will send it back and it comes up clean perfectly (the way it should of had they actually done it the first time!) but if you're unhappy and want to take it elsewhere they expect you to pay for their shotty work! I have given them too many chances and now realise they are an absolute con. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! They might be nice to your face, but they're certainly laughing behind your back.
Service is excellent, machines does their job and they charge reasonably.
