I went into Priceline to returned 3 UNOPENED Revlon contour pallets because I accidentally picked up the wrong colour. The receipt was in the bag untouched. The manager there was extremely rude and dismissive. She accused me of opening the pallets in presence of other customers, then, said I need to return it to the store I bought it from, then said she needed to check with her ‘manager’! When she returned, I asked for her name and she was reluctant to respond and asked why? I said I was going to make a complain as the goods were still in brand new condition. She said she was the manager! Found this quite funny as she said she was going to confer with ‘the manager’ but comes back with the title of MANAGER and decided to give me a refund straight away! Worst service ever! Accusations, incorrect information in regards to their return policy and lack of proficiency! Left an awful taste... being accused in presence of other customers is very humiliating!

I have been going there for years and Edele is the best, always very helpful, informative and super efficient service.
Was in here last week Thursday , I was given excellent service by the team and the asian female pharmacist was very helpful.
Good range of products but one lady kept following my friend and I- we were simply browsing looking for a certain type of hair spray and when I asked an assistant for help she took us to the wrong isle - probably just miscommunication. I think because we were in school uniforms she thought we were shoplifting. Not a fan of that but otherwise good range- staff at Coogee Priceline are nicer in my experience though
This store is very easy to navigate and the staff are very helpful. I get prescription pain medication and the chemist is non judgemental and kind.

Have always had a positive shopping experience here. All staff, whether it's the pharmacists or sales assistants, are friendly, proactive and eager to help and the shop itself is very well maintained. One of the better pharmacies on Belmore Road.
