Ordered triple Bondi burger, only got double. Also ordered half chicken and chips. Came with no chips. I did get the drink with my meal.. But only after noticing that it also was not there! The reason for complaining is the order was takeaway and I specifically asked the staff if everything was there. Too late to go back after driving home

The girl with blonde/brown hair with a slim build who was working on the 15/04/2021 finishing maybe around 9/9:30 came into coles after work and started abusing staff members and customers telling everyone to hurry up. This is not a good look at all on your business....

I just had my meal over there on 29/08/2020 . Customer service rubbish , the guy who served me a haloumi chicken burger has poor customer service manners. In total they use to offer good food I was disappointed no taste at all fries not chrunchy (soft). Never again
Looking for a delicious serving of grilled chicken? Yeah, head to Oporto. The chicken is amazingly succulent and when coupled with the extreme spicy basting, well I am rendered speechless. Also, the burgers are good too. The staff are brilliant and overall a nice atmosphere. Good job folks. Cheers!!!!
i was served by a young man named william whose customer service skills were appauling. he was arrogant and ordered me to take a shower or else he would spit in my burger. not coming back.
