Excellent physio! I am very happy with the treatment for my elbow and shoulder problem. I appreciated Sam’s holistic approach providing lots of helpful advice and exercises for managing and recovering from my injuries while also improving my posture, teaching me to relax and reduce the level of stress. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing the Physio (Sam Antonas) for my long standing and very complicated shoulder and back pain. I have seen specialists and other physio's who could not give me a definitive diagnosis and treatment never worked. After a few sessions with Sam the pain down my leg stopped and my shoulder has full motion without painful clicking. I am back at the gym and feel great. Thank you Sam.

Really friendly staff, always feel welcome and always have a laugh with me when I come in. I’ve been working with Occ health physiotherapy for a while now, I would highly recommend them. Had to stop working due to issues with my back and Sam Antonas has got me back to work, back on my mountain bike and back surfing. Couldn’t ask for a better physio. Super convenient location and there knowledge, studio and practice is 10/10.
