Stood Waiting in a Que for up to 30 mins ,, Absolute Joke ... Stay Clear of this Randwick Branch & Bank ,,, I will be moving on to another Bank in the New Year that deserve Customer s ! And delivers quality Customer Service !

Would give a zero if I could, one star is too generous!! Absolutely filthy with this branch. Have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Incompetent Lending team giving contradictory information.Two weeks to understand a payslip even after it was explained 3 times! Zero urgency, no follow up calls, calls not returned.A disgrace! 4 Weeks to get conditional approval ( day before auction) and way below what I was told!!!! Obviously, they don't want my business. Will be moving my business to a more competent bank- Commonwealth!! Walked into the Commonwealth Bank and got conditional approval on the spot!!
Horrible service. I have been here over 20 minutes trying to withdraw a relatively small amount of money in exact denominations. The first guy acted like the bank had only one 5 note. I had to complain before he found someone else to help me. The second guy was a bit more helpful but had trouble getting 1 coins. I thought banks were supposed to give us our money when we request it.
I used to like NAB so much. But today one of their staff namely Hunter did a follow up call, and trough this, he has completely render my trust on NAB. I surely will do my banking elsewhere.
So agitated by these guys today in particular that I've bothered to leave a review. You need to get back to basics: we're the customers; we're not there to please you. Every time I'm in here I feel that I get a bad attitude, and beyond that someone's always in the middle of a drama with a customer, providing contradictory information or having to check on something in the back. Let's bring back warmth and a focus on customer service. Try calling someone sir or ma'am; smile; have a little pride in your jobs. Too late for me though. I'm headed over to CBA after 10 years with NAB.
