It’s rare to find a business that cares so much about its customers. Kim in the office is an absolute pleasure, so quick and accommodating. David Doyle who came to do the inspection, looked at every single possibility. His professionalism is beyond reproach, He left no stone unturned and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. I can’t thank him enough for finding the impossible leak. Dave the owner even called to check I was happy with the service and to see if I had any questions on the outcome. If you need a plumbing service that ticks all the boxes, these guys are it. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Have had many jobs done by Mcelroy plumbing from fixing our gas pipes to unblocking drains. They are very reliable and friendly, but most importantly they get the job done quick and easy. no fuss. Will keep using them for future work. Thanks guys!
Our strata manager engaged McElroy Plumbers for a large piece of work on an old quirky building. McElroy’s quote was very reasonable. The team were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, did what they said they were going to do, and did a few additional repairs we discovered along the way. They finished the job on time and returned the next day to review the work. We have had them back to jet drains - again - speedy response to our request, reasonable pricing, professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Old school service and honestly.
