The worst real estate agent that I have dealt with so far. They don’t even deserve one star. All the 5 star reviews are from buyers and owners. Clearly these people have no respect for renters. They are very deceitful and unreasonable when it comes to cleanliness when moving out, especially the Assistant Property Manager (I will not name her here because I am not as low as her). They are also not very responsive when it comes to repairs. As a renter, if you absolutely have no choice and have to use them, make sure you: 1. note down everything at the property that does not look brand new and take photos because when you move out, they will accuse you of damaging it. 2. If you had to do a lot of cleaning when moving in, make sure you state it in the condition report. In conclusion: avoid using them

They were all so lovely and so helpful compared to other agents I had dealt with. Made the whole experience a pleasure and as stress free as possible. After sending an online enquiry and receiving no response I managed to speak to Anthony on the phone. This was followed by a series of phone calls where he was less than polite and told me either to ring him back at another time or to send him a text message. My experience with LJ Hooker Randwick left me with the impression that they were not interested in any further business.
