Food are always tasty though very oily, At this particular brunch the boys working without any enthusiasm, every single thing you have to ask, for example they normally do not want to give you receipt, then you open the paper pack will no napkins or cutleries. Every time you ask for it they seem to be very unhappy. If you order extra, OMG, they're the worst.

Worst KFC in Sydney. Around 5years ago I ordered ultimate box at this shop. That time I waited 20min more. So I remember this KFC doing bad servicing. Today I ordered 2 large ultimate boxes. They gave to me only 2pices of wicked wings. Also doesn't include strow and spone package. I already know they will makes mistake. All Most of kfc in Sydney have similar issues.
Disgusting. The people working there look like they are too young to even be employed. The food was dry and barely edible the restaurant tables hadn't been cleaned - the table I sat at had snot and food scraps all over it. Better off going to the chicken shops on Coogee Bay Road - at least you know it'll be quality.
A true fine dining experience, the food was able to deliver a culinary experience beyond belief. A pallet only for the sophisticated diner.

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Food is expected KFC quality, and generally comes very quickly. Restaurant, seats, tables and bins are extremely dirty, would not recommend eating in. Unless you're in a real hurry and have little money to spare, there are plenty of alternative take-aways nearby that I would recommend over this KFC.
Kept me waiting for my order for way too long. Every 10 minutes it was going to take another 10 minutes. At least the manager offered a couple of extra dipping sauce packets for free. I didn't need nor want them, but nevertheless, he acknowledged that I was inconvenienced. So it was appreciated.
