Had such a good experience booking here, was referred to Dr Peter Tsakiris but he was very booked out so they booked me in with Dr Kristian Van Mourik and it was a great and relaxed consult, great surgery and such a good recovery the week after having the 4 wisdom teeth out.

Soon as I saw my Dr. I was rest assured I was in safe hands getting my wisdom teeth taken out. Thank you for all that you did for me! Besides the reception Mary-Anne, she is not the nicest person I’ve spoken to I must say; which is a shame as Dr tskaris is a very welcoming person, she on the other hand is not.
Being a 21 year old woman studying full time at uni, hearing that my wisdom teeth needed to come out quit naturally freaked me out! Dr. Maloof is the most professional doctor I have had the pleasure of encountering. She went out of her way to find a time that worked for me, and came in on a day to hospital where she had no other patients, just for me. There wasn't a question unanswered, and I felt so comfortable. Dr Maloof was not only professional, but did not rush me and took time to answer any questions I had in our appointment with due diligence and very thoroughly. On the day of the operation, she was very calming and was lovely enough to wait until after my anaesthetic had worn up (until I had woken up) to tell me that it all went beautifully with no complications. I could not recommend this doctor more, she is so professional, and also a fantastic person. There is no where I would have rather gone. Thank you Dr. Maloof!

I would like to start by saying thank you very much. Dr Frances Maloof has done, in my opinion the very best i could expect for what could have been a very uncomfortable experience. As an Oral surgeon Dr Frances Maloof is very Profecional and has a very gentle approach to Oral Surgery. At no point during this process did I feel uncomfortable with the work that was achieved during my visit to their surgery in Randwick Sydney. Avoid this practice at all costs. The receptionist didn't confirm identity properly leading to a stranger cancelling my surgery appointment - I had a fridge full of soft food, time booked off work and family flying to Sydney to look after me. Sloppy and unprofessional. The dentists are worse than the receptionists. Dr. Frances Maloof, oral surgeon, is rude, judgemental and has the bedside manner of a 1950's headmistress. BEWARE if you are an anxious patient.
