I couldn't walk and lived in tremendous pain for years. Thanks to dr Andreas Loefler, I can not only walk but run skip and jump now and have returned to a normal life again. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Andreas, not only is he a gentleman, he is a magician in spinal surgery, thanks so much.

I highly recommend Dr Loefler. He is straight forward. Tells you the information you need to know at the time and won't engage in unnecessary information until you/he has all the facts. He is doing surgery on me tomorrow and I have never been more at ease. His knowledge and experience is what I needed and he has shown a lovely empathetic way to deal with my situation. I am forever thankful. Also thankful for my GP, Gillian Deakin to placing me in his hands.
Botched my L4/L5 discectomy which we paid for out of pocket as he refused to go public and wouldn't even look me in the eye and acknowledge I had spent 3 years still in pain due to his mistake/insufficient skills as a surgeon. Then told me he wouldn't operate again and said to look at a pain management plan. I was 26 years old, young and healthy and ready to get fixed. What he told me made me want to just give up and end it all. After asking around I decided to get other opinions from some other experts in the field. One appointment with a professional, young neurosurgeon at the royal north shore and he is 100% confident I will be pain free after he operates and cleans up the 'mess left here from the last operation' Dinosaurs like Loefler shouldn't be allowed to keep operating, do yourself a favor and find a surgeon who cares, not this excuse for a health professional. Hey Dr, if you do read this, I'll never forget what you said to me. Please stop causing pain and retire already.
About six years ago at the age of 76 , me not Dr Loefler, he replaced my right hip. I was able to return to work within a month. I found it difficult to believe that not only was I pain free but the hip felt completely normal and no different to my left leg. His post op attention was excellent Thank you
