The security man working today has been incredibly rude. It is annoying enough that they keep asking to see customers' bags and this one really wanted to see and make me take out every single item (I had groceries in my bag, too). You need to know when to stop your power trip, man. And you also need to learn what you are allowed to do. Which does not include touching my stuff, which he did.

This place does not take privacy and confidentiality seriously My ID and private information was announced publicly so all of the congregated visitors waiting for their prescriptions could learn something new about a random person like me. Writing this post on behalf of my father who went to the Randwick store today. Annon the security guard at the store was so lovely and helpful. He is the first port for customer service and is a gentleman and as asset to the store.
Pharmacist would not give me a medical certificate for fatigue and a migraine because my symptoms were not "visible!! Seriously??? Medical conditions are not always visible. Absolutely ludicrous.
Small shop.Good price.
Great but parking, you need to park in Coles supermarket underneath, and come up out and around to access it.

I hope I can give zero star but I can’t. Google please review you system as some places deserve zero star to be honest. I was employed over there back in 2015 and I can confirm the managers were Shay and Shee back then. Not sure if they are still there. First I gonna say I was treated rude and experience racism and I was even not allowed to buy stuff without manager approve. But everyone else can get everything in the shop without permission. Then there was an Asian lady who was a pharmacist assistance(forgot her name as she is not important) She was very rude to stuff and always yell at people even over the phone. She does not know how to smile. As the international trading was booming back then every chemist warehouse set a limit on the health care products (each customer can buy less than three over one product). While I saw them selling a whole box to a guy who brings trolley to the store couple of times and give him a discounted price. So don’t ask why there is no stock as they sold them privately before you coming! I would recommend Chinese uni students stop buying things from there as they just treat you as money maker and they will look down upon you as they know you are selling them overseas. Chinese students deserve a better place which really respects you.
