The team at Centennial Smiles were so professional, kind and welcoming. It was the most professional dental experience I have ever had. Dr Andrew Dunn explains things in terminology you can understand and even makes the experience fun for kids. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for the best in dental care.
After friends recommended Centennial Smiles, I made an appointment immediately. My first visit was great, very professional & friendly staff, and a very detailed assessment of my dental condition. I have just had my second visit and my experience was the same, I can't rate them more highly!
Dr Andrew and his team are so professional yet laid back and friendly. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr Andrew explained exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process which was reassuring. When he inserted the first needle, I didn't even realise he had done the needle yet! The second needle went in and I barely felt that either. After my tooth was repaired, Dr Andrew adjusted the tooth for me as it was a little sharp on one end. One thing that impressed me that I have never seen before is that they put a flexible latex guard in your mouth to hold it open instead of you having to try to remember to keep your mouth open. It was comfortable and all I had to do was lay back and wait for them to finish the procedure. It required very little effort from me. The dental nurse (an Indian woman) was lovely too. I barely noticed she was there when she was using the water and air whilst the dentist fixed my tooth. The friendly banter between them took my mind off the procedure I was having done. The elegant premises are so welcoming and stylish. the staff are fantastic and the premises is located right near the 338, 339, X39 and X40 bus stops so very convenient if you are on public transport. I went in with an emergency dental voucher which was issued by the Sydney Dental Hospital and I was treated with respect as if I was a regular fee paying patient which was nice.
I have been a patient for many years. The service from the front office staff to the dentist is always first class. The staff are always happy and really enjoy their work. The practice runs like clockwork in a professional, punctual and organised manner.
