So much for customer service, the staff here need to lift their game, my mother had a recent fall in this shop due to packaging being left on the floor, the staff offered no assistance but thanks to an off duty nurse she was assisted at the time with skin tear dressings. Thank you to the nurse. To Basic - look after your customers a little better, keep your isles clear and obstruction free to reduce risk to customers from unnecessary injury and if any has an injury, offer some assistance.

They do have “refund and exchange” policy sticked on a table. But does not actually do refund and wouldn’t let you know when you’re buying stuff. Be aware people!
