This facility fails to follow it's own website marketing and is under resourced. Feedback to parents and mid to long term planning are minimal as they seem focused on reputation rather than results. Annie's Centre's framework is barebones and not fully evolved to deal holistically with all aspects of the child's life. Co-ordination between therapists and junior therapists was very poor and school visit feedback to parents was non-existant. Constantly changing appointment times due to staffing issues make it even harder to get progressive therapy. Would recommend a group such as Plumtree who have a wide range of specialists who work with ASD kids on a daily basis. Plumtree also deal with social integration, parent education and funding, not just clinical therapy. Communication with parents is weekly, professional and also caring. Stay away from Annie's Centre and their website sales hype. Your kids future is to important to risk when you can get much better support through other providers.
