Extraordinarily poor strata management services. Strata manager was unprofessional and abusive: unresponsive to emails and angrily shouting during phone calls and even AGMs! I never imagined an agent would act like this towards their clients and was shocked that Alldis & Cox did not meaningfully follow up on complaints about behaviour. And that's not even mentioning the underperformance in terms of regular strata management. Very relieved to have moved to another strata service.

We had a massive leak in our apartment and after emailing them for almost a month they called a roofing company instead of a plumber! Then the ceiling collapsed (luckily no injured) and we were forced to move out just to not deal with them ever again. How is Alldis & Cox still in business being so bad at their jobs goes beyond my comprehension. The worst management of anything I have ever seen! Stay away from any property managed by these incompetent people! *Edit: After moving out of the apartment I went to give back my copy of the security door keys and after saying my name I have been responded with "oh so you're the guy making me waist half day to go to the tribunal?", no sign of an apology for the situation they caused or empathy for tenants that had to live over a month with heavy water damage and mould in bathroom and kitchen (see pictures) ultimately being forced to vacate the apartment. Well, I'm not surprised to find out that at Alldis & Cox doing their job is considered a "waste of time". I hope to never have to deal with this company ever again. What a joke, and what a bunch of inhumane individuals.

We have been a contractor for Alldis and Cox for 50 Years. Over the time we have built a great relationship with Jo, Stuart, Murray and the experienced team. They are prompt with response time and always deliver clear communication. Work orders are always provided for all work and payment is prompt. As a contractor i would recommend working for Alldis and Cox.
I enjoyed meeting and speaking with everyone from reception, administration and even one of the directors. Everyone was kind, friendly and demonstrated that they believe in constant improvement.

There are strata agents and then there is Alldis and Cox, formally in the legal profession for 42 years until retirement my partner owns a cleaning company. Alldis and Cox are a country mile ahead of all the others she deals with, we have been impressed with their attention to detail, their swiftness when dealing with problems not to mention their always effervescent attitude. In particular Joanne Cox the account has her finger on the pulse of everything. We have read the unfavourable reviews and that is not our experience.
