Stephen was thoughtful and intelligent about plumbing when talking to him on the phone. He came over to fix some shower handles that were hard to completely turn off, and do some other work. Unfortunately, when reassembling the shower valve, he mis-installed one of the gaskets and so the shower valve leaked inside the wall. He apologized and didn't charge me, but the cost to fix the water damage was significantly greater than the cost of his services :(.

He is reasonably priced, very quick to respond and does a great job. He's a very honest guy.
