Absolutely sad how poorly this business is run. On top of spotty internet service, their customer service in this location is, well, not customer service. Can I give 0 stars? They literally just raised their voice at me and did not solve my issue. What? Only reason I'm still a customer is because they're the only option in my town. Verizon please help!!!

After receiving service with this company for over 10 straight years, I had to part ways. It took them about a month to completely fix the wiring connected to my house while I was working from home. I complained up and down about how the Altice equipment rarely worked (we would get audio but no video) and never got a fix. The “deals” got worse and worse year after year. Don’t get optimum unless you only plan to have them for a year, there is no benefit. You can have brand loyalty but they have zero customer loyalty. They’ll drain you until you’re telling them you’re going to disconnect and then they will match the competitors. Sorry I already have a great deal from Verizon... so anyway, I got disconnected and I had an outstanding bill and they put me into collections without notifying me! Classless organization, I’ve NEVER had to deal with anything like this before. Really disappointing.

My bill had a 90 credit last week & now they say I owe 15 so where did my credit go over the weekend? Didn’t order a movie every rep tells you something different and I just found out they’re already billing me for February better business bureau Time

The employees at the Randolph location are very friendly and helpful. We are in the middle of a global pandemic which many others fail to realize. Waiting outside for more than 20 minutes is not a problem because it follows the social distancing guidelines. The staff at the Randolph location enforces social distancing which is a great thing. I salute the staff at the Randolph location for being so helpful and working during the pandemic.
