Signed the contract with David to start a kitchen remolding project. Give a deposit at the time when contract was signed. We agreed to start the job in 2 weeks. He missed the scheduled date, been trying to reach out to him for an updates, no reply to our text or call. Finally got hold of him after 2 months. He now said he can't do the job and only would only give us partial deposit back, because he feels he should get pay for the time he had spend on this. No where have we agree to that nor was it written on the contract, such thing as a consultant fees. STAY AWAY FROM HIM, very UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST. wasted our valuable time thinking he was going to do the job. We have a signed proposal #19-41, happy to share this with anyone to validate the claim.
