We were driving home from northern Vermont back to Massachusetts when the wheel bearing went. We called to see if there was any way they could take us so we could avoid calling a tow truck. They said they could get us in. When we got there the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had us back on the road within two hours. Thankful they took the time to squeeze us in to help us.

Chips auto is a joke and I do not recommend using them. I brought my car in there because I normally do all my own work on my cars but I ran into an issue that I didn't have the tools for. Turned out it was an issue with the throttle boddy switch is topical with euro cars so I asked them to just clean it and realign it and so they removed it and broke it in the process and chose not to tell me they did even after I went and looked it myself and realised it was a fresh break and a new throttle boddy was around 500 twitch they refused to replace
Just started going to Chips. Pleasant people to deal with. Happy with the work and prices seem very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
