First scheduling was easy and accurate. Then Jeff showed up to assess and advise on the issues we had and he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and direct on what needed to be done and how it would happen. Jeff is an excellent representative of this Company and a fine example of an excellent worker. The technicians due to being flexible were able to come at an earlier date than anticipated and they were excellent. They were also professional and knowledgeable and got right at getting the chimney job done! They were respectful of Covid issues and did an excellent job finishing rapidly. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing any kind of chimney work - I absolutely will use them again if needed.

Chimney Savers' crew did an excellent job fighting with our old and deteriorated chimney interior. 3-day job in the sweltering heat must not have been fun, but they persevered and managed to get our chimney back to code ready for many more years of efficient use. Thank you!
Eric, \Pam\, Brian & Phillip did an outstandingly professional job of relining our multiple flue chimney. They were always prompt, the work flow perfectly ORGANIZED/PLANNED, their interaction/cooperation with one another excellent; AND, the worksite was returned to the original condition. We also appreciated the \front-end\ and \closing\ work of Mike & Alan, who insured we understood the work to be done and the associated costs. Their coordination with our insurance agent was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Chimney Savers.

I had an excellent experience with Chimney Savers. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. He worked efficiently and was very careful and neat. He performed all necessary work on our two chimneys from top to bottom. He took necessary time and attended to every detail. He was willing to share all information and show me issues, and suggest corrections or tips. He patiently answered all of my questions!
