They moved our home and told us we didn’t have to be there when they packed our things up. Also said they would document and take pictures before they moved anything. Nothing was documented inside our apartment as broken. Then when items were delivered to our new residence there were multiple expensive items broken. They told us to file a claim to take care of it. All claims were denied. They broke the display on our rower and denied our claim saying it was typical wear and tear. They would not cover to fix it or replace it. So now I have a rower I can’t use because the display is hanging by the wires. The rower was handled by Armstrong Relocation - United Van lines . I didn't even speak to the 1500 broken table that the top was crated by your "insured" 3rd party and you assured us there would be not issues. Again that claim was also denied for the marble top. That wasn't the last time I saw it in NYC. The base of the table traveled with your company Armstrong Relocation - United van lines - which it was also dented when it arrived to our new home. None of these claims were resolved and all denied - We paid Armstrong to move us and they made us the middle man between the "3rd party" for the marble crating company they hired who broke the table top. All claims denied even with apparently "30,000" worth of coverage on the move.

I have used Armstrong Relocation and United several times throughout my professional career, although this was my first time using them for a personal move. From beginning to end it was a flawless process. From Jermaine's virtual assessment, to a realistic quote, to the management by Terri Hardy and the kindness and professionalism of the movers themselves on both ends, I would highly recommend Armstrong. My stuff arrives safety and all of it was accounted for. Since they package your stuff in its own containers, I felt confident this was going to be the case from the very beginning. Don't be scammed by cheaper local services. I watched people move from my building every week and saw the quality of the movers. Trust me, you're in good hands with Armstrong.
Ray Ann and Kristin worked with me to coordinate a long distance move. They were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. They were professional and very responsive. It was a very smooth move and they were in touch with me at every step. I highly recommend the Armstrong Relocation, Randolph NJ team for your moves!
Can't speak to the customer service if everything goes as plan. All I can say is that you better hope they don't break or damage anything, because if they do they are completely unresponsive and unhelpful when it comes to resolving your claim. Unfortunately they damaged an item of mine and they refuse to take responsibility or elaborate on why they keep denying my claim. Furthermore, it takes them months to respond to emails and they don't pick up the phone. With so many other providers why risk a bad experience with these guys?
Every single detail top to bottom was thoughtful executed. Could not say enough positive things about my experience. Even they way they labeled my boxes was beautiful! Thank you for making my cross country move feel easy from the start.
We were very pleased with all of the services Armstrong provided. Our move went very well. They communicated with us regularly regarding their arrival each day. After packing the entire house they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
Total joke of a company. Had a shipment go from Australia to USA. I get it's a pandemic and understand there will be delays BUT My stuff was packed on the 16th of Nov, ship left Australia on the 29th of Dec 2020. It's now Feb 11th (shipment was supposed to arrive 10th) and was told it will now not arrive until the 5th of March. Not once did the coordinator contact me to give me an update. I chased them on 10 occasions to get an update. Their phone line doesn't work, and when it does, every area you try to call has an answering service for someone who will not return your call. I would give them minus 1 star if possible. DON'T USE THEM
